Batteries: function and health
Batteries are working, but no battery-health percentage is guaranteed. You may need to replace batteries, especially on lower-grade devices and older models.
RMA: 30 days for defects
You can request an RMA within 30 days if an item is defective. Cosmetic returns are not accepted when the item’s condition falls within the stated grade criteria.

All grades are tested and 100% functional. Batteries work, but no health percentage is guaranteed. Replacement may be needed, especially on older models and lower grades.

Does an A+ grade guarantee a new battery?
No. The grade describes cosmetic condition only. Batteries are working, but no battery-health percentage is guaranteed. You may need to replace batteries, especially on lower-grade devices and older models.
What if a phone is defective?
You can request an RMA within 30 days if an item is defective. Cosmetic returns are not accepted when the item’s condition falls within the stated grade criteria. Contact the team with the order reference and observed fault before returning anything. Confirm the process and return-shipping costs with GAMZE.
Is shipping included in the price?
Check the offer: transport cost, destination, import responsibilities and any charges must be defined before confirmation. No single delivery time is advertised.
